These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Whatever the Weather. ("Service"), operated by Yell and Hum, LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Whatever the Weather. is an AI-powered outfit recommendation service. You upload photos of your clothing, and our system automatically organises them into a digital wardrobe. Based on your occasion, location, and live weather data, AI generates outfit suggestions from your own wardrobe.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

To access the full Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account

Whatever the Weather. offers the following subscription plans:

• Free — limited features, no credit card required
• Pro — $3.99 USD per month, billed monthly
• Pro Annual — $32.99 USD per year (approx. $2.75/month), billed annually

Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.

• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to your registered email

We want you to be satisfied with Whatever the Weather. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Monthly subscriptions — no refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the period ends.
• Annual subscriptions — eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
• Refunds are not available for accounts suspended due to violation of these Terms.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within the eligible period. Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days.

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant Yell and Hum, LLC a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and use your content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not:

• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Include photos of individuals without their consent

We do not sell your photos or use them to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

Your uploaded photos and wardrobe data are stored on our secure servers and are not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Uploaded photos may be processed by third-party AI providers (including OpenAI) solely for outfit generation.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting [email protected].

Outfit suggestions are based on your wardrobe data, stated occasion, and live weather conditions. These are recommendations only — you are not obligated to follow them.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. We make no guarantees that suggested outfits will be suitable for every situation.

You agree not to:

• Use the AI features for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to generate content that violates applicable law
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the AI system

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate any part of the Service
• Scrape or use automated tools to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content that violates applicable law or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All aspects of the Service — including "Whatever the Weather.", the "Ww." logo, interface design, AI systems, and underlying technology — are the property of Yell and Hum, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding outside of normal use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yell and Hum, LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yell and Hum, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without refund.

Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
